daily best diet

morning 5a.m one glass of coconut milk and 15 tulasi leaves.
7a.m idli(blackgram) chutney(coconut+garlic+curry leaves)
1p.meals and chyavana prasa 1 teaspoon.
5p.m soup of leaves or vegetables and dry fruits like caswenut,dry grapes,badam,dry dates and one apple.
7p.m meals and Aswagandha lehya 1 teaspoon.
9p.m One glass of milk with 2 teaspoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of aswagandha powder.
